Returns & Refunds Policy

At Jannah Modest, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. This is your legal right and is in addition to our standard returns policy.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@jannahmodest.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a returns address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Send the parcel using a tracked postal service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hijabs and hair accessories — for hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been personalised or made to order.
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery — for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

In those cases, we will cover the cost of return and send you a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jannahmodest.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
